Later in life - know your energy rights!

Later in life guide

In conjunction with Age UK we’ve developed a ‘know your energy rights’ guide. It contains advice and information to help those in later life to make the most of their energy, to stay safe during winter and to know what to do if things go wrong. The guide is available to download by clicking on the image below. It is also available to download as a standard and large print PDF

In the news

Our research reveals more than three-quarters of older people (aged 65 and over) in the UK have switched energy supplier at some point, making them some of the most active consumers in the energy market. But the energy industry still has issues in catering for older customers, with a significant minority, estimated to number over 300,000, choosing not to complain when they have a problem and nearly a quarter (24%) saying they feel intimidated at the prospect of calling their supplier. Read our press release to find out more.
