We’re approved by a number of organisations:

Ofgem is the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets. They are a non-ministerial government department and an independent National Regulatory Authority, recognised by EU Directives. Find out more

Ofcom is the regulator for the communications services that we use and rely on each day. They make sure people get the best from their broadband, home phone and mobile services, as well as keeping an eye on TV and radio. Find out more

The network of European Consumer Centres (ECC-Net) serves EU consumers shopping for goods and services on the European market, providing them with advice on their EU consumer rights and helping them with their disputes with traders in other EU countries. Find out more

We're also appointed by:

  • Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) as the Green Deal Ombudsman. The UK government department responsible for policy on energy and climate change. Find out more.
