Ombudsman Services provides journalists with data, insights and commentary on a wide range of consumer and business affairs.

Our office has a broadcast-quality ISDN radio line. We are based less than an hour from Media City in Salford, meaning we are readily available for TV and radio interviews there.

Matthew Vickers, chief executive and chief ombudsman at Ombudsman Services, is an accomplished and experienced interviewee. We have several other media spokespeople available for interview.
