Our press office also handles media enquiries relating to POPLA, the Parking on Private Land Appeals scheme that Ombudsman Services has administered since 2015.

We aim to respond to all media enquiries within 24 working hours. If your enquiry is urgent you may wish to contact our PR & Media Manager, Michael Youds, directly on:

Our office has a broadcast-quality ISDN radio line. We are based less than an hour from Media City in Salford, meaning we are readily available for TV and radio interviews there.

Matthew Vickers, chief executive and chief ombudsman at Ombudsman Services, is an accomplished and experienced interviewee. We have several other media spokespeople available for interview.

If you are hosting an event such as a conference or roundtable, we are happy to receive speaking invitations for Matthew Vickers.

Please note: the press office deals with calls from the media only. If you are not a journalist, please visit our Contact Us page.
